Prepares microarray data for submission to GEO

Bioconductor version: 3.9

Helps to easily submit a microarray dataset and the associated sample information to GEO by preparing a single file for upload (direct deposit).

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("GEOsubmission")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
