This package is for version 3.17 of Bioconductor; for the stable, up-to-date release version, see KOdata.

LINCS Knock-Out Data Package

Bioconductor version: 3.17

Contains consensus genomic signatures (CGS) for experimental cell-line specific gene knock-outs as well as baseline gene expression data for a subset of experimental cell-lines. Intended for use with package KEGGlincs.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("KOdata")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
