This package contains various LC-MS/MS and GC-MS data that is used in vignettes and examples in the CluMSID package.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("CluMSIDdata")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
