R interface to the MELTING 5 program () to compute melting temperatures of nucleic acid duplexes along with other thermodynamic parameters.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("rmelting")
