Automatic calculation of literature relevance of genes

Bioconductor version: 3.12

Calculates the importance score for a given gene. The importance score is the total counts of articles in the pubmed database that are a result for that gene AND each term of a list.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("PubScore")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
