Probe Dependent Nearest Neighbours (PDNN) for the affy package

The package contains functions to perform the PDNN method described by Li Zhang et al.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("affypdnn")
